The Agency manages bookings and sales of holiday apartments and residences in the Thule Tourist Centre. Built on an area of 30,000 square meters, the Centre consists of six lodging complexes surrounded by large green areas preserving the beauty and surrounding nature. The Centre has a central area at the Hotel Nigritella, equipped with piano bar, indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, and served by a ski bus.

The Centre has three lodging possibilities:
ONE-ROOM FLAT 2+2 beds (around 35 square meters), composed of entrance with bunk bed, living room with kitchenette and two folding beds or sofa beds, bathroom and balcony.
TWO-ROOMED FLAT 4/5 beds (around 42 square meters), composed of living room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 persons, bedroom with 2 beds or a bunk bed and one single bed, bathroom and balcony.
ATTIC ROOM 5/6 beds (around 58 square meters), located on two floors, composed of entrance with bunk bed, living room with kitchenette and 1 or 2 sofa beds, loft with double bed, bathroom and balcony.

From 23th June to 4th August and from 25th August to 15th September the mono-flat costs € 350,00 - € 420,00 weekly, the bilo-flat € 420,00 - € 490,00 weekly , mansarda € 490,00 - € 560,00 weekly. From 4th August to 25th August the mono-flat costs € 490,00 - € 560,00 weekly, the bilo-flat € 595,00 - € 630,00 weekly , mansarda € 665,00 - € 700,00 weekly. Accommodation from Saturday 5PM to Saturday 10AM. Final cleaning (compulsory) monolocale € 30 ; bilocale € 35; mansarda € 40 (the whole apartment must be left cleaned by the clients, otherwise € 30,00 will be charged extra).Covered car park € 40 per week (booking required). Rifundable deposit € 100.00. The above prices include linen for bed, bath and kitchen changed once a week , electricity . SORRY, ANIMALS ARE NOT ACCEPTED
