From the town of Vigo di Fassa, by a modern cablecar, or from Pera di Fassa, by three chairlifts, it is possibile to reach in a few minutes the Ciampedie area at an altitude of 2000 m. It is a breath-taking, panoramic area. Thanks to a well balanced snow cannon system in the Ciampedie area it is possible to ski even at the end of November. This is the ideal place for families with children since a nice Kinder Park is available. Good skiers can descend to town along the Thöni slope, while the more experienced ones can experience the black slope devoted to the champion Alberto Tomba.
