A fairytale land made of ice and snow, the ALPENIGLU - Village is a world of adventure in the midst of the SkiWelt, and this coming winter season visitors to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental will be charmed by the magic all over again. This white village is located at the top of the Brixen gondola.
Igloo Hotel, Restaurant, Bar, Ice Exhibition and Sun Lounge - the ALPENIGLOO - Village is a many facetted world of adventure. At the centre of the concept is of course the material from which it is all constructed, and the making of all winter dreams: Ice! Fondues on the sheer ice tables, stay overnight in the Igloo Suites, enjoy cool drinks served in ice glasses: it all revolves around snow and ice!

on the 'Südhang' in Scheffau with a round of applause and a ski video as a souvenir.
With SKILINE (using the usual log-in method by inputting the individual ski pass number), you can download your own personal ski video and analyse your carving style, as well as sending copies to friends and relatives!
NEW - Moonlight Toboggan Run in Söll
Moonlight toboggan run, floodlit from 19.00 to 23.00. The toboggan run starts at the Stöcklalm and winds its way downhill over 3.5km to the bottom station of the gondola. Snow making facilities are used on this run to guarantee great conditions.

SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental is Austria’s largest interconnected ski area and is one of the most varied winter sports areas in the Alps, with the greatest certainty of snow. In addition, 210 km of the 279 km of slopes can be completely covered with manmade snow. This is guaranteed by more than 1,000 snow machines in the ski area. By the way: only pure drinking water may be used for snowmaking in Tyrol.
From treeless summit slopes for carvers, to richly varied slopes for experts and family slopes bathed in sunshine, to the fantastic valley descents which go on and on, all the slopes are in perfect condition. Spectacular views and mountains of snow are guaranteed.
SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental is offering you the opportunity to access your personal ''skiline'' by entering at the end of your day’s skiing your ski pass number on the internet at www.skiwelt.at. The ''skiline'' gives a timed altitude profile of the route you chose in the ski resort. It contains an accurate list of the lifts you used, the total metres you climbed and an estimate of how many kilometres you covered on the descent.
Notwithstanding all the superlatives, which SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser – Brixental has already earned, it is the cosy atmosphere, warm hospitality and Tyrolean charm which set the tone. More than 70 of Austria’s loveliest ski huts and mountain restaurants, sun terraces and snow bars invite you to call in for a rest and a bite to eat.
