Our house consists of three rustic apartments. Each apartments has its own entrance and its own garage. It is provided with a living room ( with bed couches), kitchen two bed – rooms In ap. 3 there are three sleeping rooms., shower / WC, a separate WC, terrace, balcony, SAT-TV, electrical underfloor-heating on two floors, in the living room there is also an over to fire wood. washing – machine. The apartments are furthermore equipped with bed-couches in the living rooms, so that there is room for 4 persons in apartment 1 ; up to 5 persons in appartment 2 ; and up to 6 persons in apartment 3. Location of the house. It is situated in the holiday resort OBERNBERG am Brenner, away from mass-tourism, but nevertheless near tourism-centres Steinach 14 km, Innsbruck 30 km, Sterzing (in the south-tyrol 30 km) 1.400 metres above sea – level, peasants village in the foothills of the Stubai alps Tribulaun – range with many nature beauties and the idyllically situated lake Obernberg. Sports facilities: In winter: Cross-country tracks passing directly our house, luge-runs, ski lifts in Gries am Brenner, at distance 6 km and in Steinach 14 km distance. Which you can reach by the gratis ski busses. Ski-school in Gries. Cross-country tracks in Trins and Gschnitz. In summer: Mountain and alp tours on well-marked paths, easy and difficult climbs, remarkable alpine flora.
House with three comfortable, country-STYLE HOLIDAY APARTMENTS Each two-storey apartment has its own entrance and garage, sitting room (with sofa bed), kitchen-cum-living room (fully equipped with cooking utensils, china, coffee-making machine, microwave oven, toaster, table linen), two bedrooms (3 bedrooms in apartment 3), shower/WC, separate WC, terrace, balcony, SAT-TV (16 channels), radio, electric convector heating, additional wood/coal burning stove in every sitting room, washing machine and room safe. Location of the house Situated in the recreational village of O b e r n b e r g am Brenner; away from mass tourism, but near the tourist centres of Steinach (14 km), Innsbruck (35 km) and Sterzing/South Tyrol (35 km). Mountain farming village at an altitude of 1,400 m above sea level in the foothills of the Stubai Alps (Tribulaun peaks) with many natural beauty spots and the idyllically situated Obernbergersee (conservation area).
