The skiresort of Bardonecchia consists of several smaller sections, each with its own characteristics.

In the ski area Colomion there are the lifts of Les Arnaud and Melezet: here you can find wide pistes which are partially through the forest. The dense network of trails is almost like artwork, so close together, the individual runs. Starting from the village of Campo Smith (1330 mt above sea level. Sea), you reach the big plateau of Vallon Cros (2400 mt above sea level).

Only 5 minutes from the center, runs a free shuttle bus to the area of Jafferau that leads to the summit of Bardonecchia (2800 mt above sea level). Here you have the opportunity to operate in a highly alpine environment with beautiful views to the mountains of Piedmont, "freeride".
