Welcome to the Eggerhof Forgetting the daily routine and enjoying life.
The Eggerhof is situated in a calm area in the centre of the national park village Mallnitz – surrounded by picturesque mountain scenery of the Hohe Tauern.
In the main building of the Eggerhof we take care of our guests as we have for 75 years. Besides the dining-hall and the bar there is also a lounge and several rooms. In the new building we welcome you at reception. The house has spacious family rooms, the well-being area and the children’s play area a symbol for family. We would like to spoil you with our friendly hospitality and create an unforgettable holiday for you! A special treat! A smile, a friendly salutation and a hearty breakfast from the rich buffet table to start your day. Would you like a change in the evening? 3 menus will introduce you to the traditional, international or vegetarian kitchen; fresh salads from the buffet are available to supplement your culinary choices. We wish you sweet dreams…. …in our comfortable furnished double and family rooms (2 seperate rooms) with shower or bath, toilet, cable TV, radio, partly with balcony or terrace. A lot of rooms have wireless-lan access. The spa area In our newly decorated spacious spa area on 120 m² with Finnish sauna, saunarium, warm bench, kneipp tube, adventure showers and silence room you can have a good rest. Our guests can visit the “Tauernbad” (swimming area) in Mallnitz every day for free! Boredom? No chance! Because there is a lot to discover in the children’s area! Furthermore a special challenge is waiting for the kids: an indoor climbing wall! Winter charm At our place there is still reliance on the winter! The two most snow-reliable skiing areas in Carinthia, Ankogel and Mölltaler Gletscher, guarantee complete fun on the slopes. Also cross-country skiers will find their Utopia here. The cross-country slopes around Mallnitz are one of the best in Carinthia. For those who can’t get enough of the winter a lot of fun is guaranteed while sleighing, ice skating, snow shoe hiking and going on a ski tour. There is a Fairytale-like romance that comes along with the walks or horse sleighing journeys trough the white snow glory into the dreamily Seebach or Tauern valley. Be enchanted! Children till 4 years are free, from 4 to 6 years 75% reduction, from 6 to 12 years 50% reduction and from 12 to 15 years 25% reduction. Also the 3rd person in a tripleroom gets 25% reduction.
