Vor allem über dem Alpenvorland sowie über dem Waldviertel halten sich zunächst noch dichte Wolken. Örtlich regnet es auch noch leicht bei einer Schneefallgrenze zwischen 900 und 1400m Seehöhe. Nach und nach kann sich jedoch die Sonne überall durchsetzen und der Nachmittag präsentiert sich überwiegend sonnig und trocken. Den meisten Sonnenschein gibt es über dem östlichen Flachland. Der Wind weht mäßig, im Osten teils auch lebhaft bis kräftig aus Nordwest.

Die Tageshöchsttemperaturen umspannen 9 bis 16 Grad.
